i think cord blood is excreted from the the baby's cord and placenta. If i'm no wrong right after you give birth. At that time the nurse will ask you what you want to do? 1) save it for private use 2) donate it for whole singapore to use 3) dispose of it. Usually they will explain to you during your check ups.
