Punggol Regalia is a HDB BTO project consisting of 546 four rooms and 183 five rooms located at the junction of Punggol Field and Punggol Place.

4 rooms measuring 90 to 93 sqm. cost between $252,000 to $316,000
5 rooms measuring 110 to 114 sqm. cost between $342,000 to $428,000

Bringing you monthly work-in-progress pictures till completion for the benefit of those fellow Punggolians who may have book a unit in Regalia.

Those units along Punggol Place are reaching six and seven levels ( picture 1640 )

Those units that are next to the Punggol MRT / LRT / Bus Interchange are in between the fifth and sixth level ( picture 1626 ). In a year or two when Punggol Regalia completes, the temporary bus terminal may have to move to another probably permanent location.

Units along the LRT line , running parallel to Punggol Walk, they are mostly second and third levels of construction. ( picture 1630 )

Those at the centre, are in between six to ten storey high. ( picture 1658 )
