The second Executive Condomimium site had been sold.

It is bounded by Punggol East, Punggol Central and Punggol Drive, just after Riviera LRT Station.

Whether there are any takers by builders / developers remain to be seen.

Anyway, a small plot of land running along the LRT track was fenced up for the construction of sewer systems necessary for buildings. Passengers on LRT's will be able to see work going on for quite some time.

A look at the site and the surrounding areas confirmed it runs parallel / below the flight path of our military aircraft from Paya Lebar.

The music generated can be as high as 70 to 90 dba.

Second Executive Condo updates, Photos, Reports, Happenings at Building Site

The site previously with many heavy Building equipments constructing sewer piping systems had quiet down. The openings refilled and now was covered up nicely with a layer of tufting.

Another Area running parallel with the LRT line were fenced off. So far no signboard but looks like this should be the Second Executive Condo Site in Punggol.

Lets wait and see.........
