The initial stages of the construction is normally preparing the site and moving in of heavy building machines, such as Cranes, Drilling Rigs, Excavators and building of temporary stores, toilets and other facilities.

The most important is of course not to dirty our Roads by cleaning vehicles moving out of the site, especially when it rains heavily.

So far the guard house had been setup. Temporary structures such as storage, small site office, necessary amenities and an excavator was at site.

Opposite the condo site, groups of sales people are also present to handle any queries prospective buyers may have.
