The site for the construction of Punggol Crest is now a piece of land beautifully covered with grass. This HDB housing project consists of the following :

750 standard flats, 240 units of 2 room, 240 units of 3 room and 270 units of 4 room. It is situated next to another HDB BTO project " Punggol Sails ".Both are along Punggol Place opposite Punggol Regalia.

Costing :

Two room flat, 45 sq.m @ $90,000 to $114,000
Three room flat 65 sq.m @ $153,000 to $189,000
Four room flat 90 sq.m @247,000 to $301,000

Once the building site is fenced up, ground foundation / piling may take up to one to two months before we can witness building fabrication activities.

Punggol Crest building site was bustling with activities.

Movement of piling machines, trucks, cranes, tractors are everywhere at site.

The above are normal at the beginning when building construction commences on a new site.
