Private Condominium " River Isles " Now Under Construction

River Isles is a private condominium project developed by Qingjian Realty ( Punggol Central ) Pte Ltd. It was bounded by Punggol Central and Edgefield Plains, just in front of Greendale Primary School.

The project consists of 9 blocks of 17 storey high building. Total units : 610

Expected TOP : 31 March 2016

Expected legal completion date : 31 March 2019.

The building site was fenced up quite some time back. The decorative panels were fixed only a few days ago. The showhouse is at the exact location of the former RiverParc condominium showhouse located just opposite RiverParc construction site.

At the moment, heavy building cranes, bore-piling systems, trucks, testing concrete blocks, excavators had moved in and preparation work started.

Hi Tom, any coverage of this project? It seem to be progressing well.
The recently announced ERL seemingly runs along punggol ctrl.
From an engineering pt of view,  will there be any disturbances to the roads or land in the area since the tunnels are all underground?

For the last 6 months, bored piles completed, reinforced concrete foundations done as seen from high ground towards Punggol Central. We'll survey the whole area again and try to get a better focal point to capture pictures to show a better perspective.

On the right hand side, in the vicinity of Blocks 60 and 58, as you can see, columns for first level had been concreted, and workers are preparing formworks for part of second level.
