My AMC pots from my MIL are 17 yrs already, still working fine and I love them! When she first bought them at $2200, everyone in the family made noise that the pots were too expensive. She uses the pots for mainly boiling soup and cooking porridge but they are my lifeline - use them for anything and everything. The lady whom I got my one and only pot from - the 20cm shallow (my MIL can't give me that because it's used almost everyday), is very good - she enjoys cooking and I know she conducts cooking classes at her house every week. She is always asking me whether I want to learn new dishes.

The pots are made from quality stainless steel from Germany. Many of my friends bought the family set at about $2800 (I think), just nice for small family. The complete set for bigger family costs about $3k+.
I know they often have demo in PP, near the fruit stall - can try to get the schedule from the 1st fruit stall seller - usually on a Sunday morning till 12 noon. If you are really keen, I can give you her contact. Better still, if a few people interested, she can demo and cook something for you at your place.

So sorry for the very late reply! I've been busy, busy, busy! Wow the pots are so expensive. If the quality is good and last a long time, can consider. Can give me the contact? Thanks so much!

BTW, how's your water filtration system coming along? Honestly, I am so glad I bought this. My hubby and I feel less tired and sluggish these days. We cut down quite abit on our coffee intake. Think lesser caffeine, better health. clapping

Hi,

I have not fully moved in to my flat at Blk 64X. I notice that after i boiled the tap water, the water is oily. And this has been happening for more than 3 mths. I changed a different kettle and it's still the same.  Sad

My hubby also notice that even we washed the toilet bowl thoroughly. After flushing, there is some yellow/brown residue that stick on the toilet bowl surface.  Sad

Sorry, we have a habit of checking the water b4 we use them.  Undecided

Does anybody experience this problem?

Not that I know of. I think it can be a problem with new flats when the pipings are still pristine?  You may want to call the relevant authorities to check with them.  Hmmm..... no good to use 'oil-slicked' water.  Good to check about it. angry
