Eating Tofu at least once a day appears to heighten memory loss among the elderly. ( 65 and above )

The study, led by the British-based Loughborough University, focused on 700 elderly Indonesians, published in the journal Dementias and Geriatric Cognitive Disorders.

The latest study suggest that high amounts of phytoestrogens may actually heighten the rish of Dementia.

Smiley Smiley 65 and above residents, try to eat  less Tofu. ( Dementia has no cure )

DIAL-A-DOC services.

Dial-a-doc services get more popular because Singapore's population are ageing and  an influx of tourists and expatriates in
recent times.

At least 6 medical practices are busy attending house calls. These includes Health Way Medical, Raffles Medical, HCA hospice, Trinity Medical Clinic, The house call GP and  MW medical. The service is convenient but expensive.
