Hi Crystal, you may want to install CCTV in your home. Once the maid loan is cleared, don bother to check anything with the agency. Your maid problem is then your problem to solve. Standard reply for them is to ask you to get a new one and pay another round of loan. Good luck to you and hope u won't see a stranger in your house with the maid.
Sometimes installing a CCTV at home also no use. I know my sil's ex-maid whose new employer installed a CCTV at home.. but still, she managed to get herself pregnant.. and she actually brought the man bk to her employer's hm to make out.. so u see? haiz..
Under such circumstances, maid will be send back and employer suffered both in term of $$$ and time to look for another maid. Months later the same maid will appear in another agency and claimed to have ex-singapore experience ( ... in making out!! ). In the nut shell, we are made to "pass" these maid from employer to employer. Its time the authority should start looking into these area and "punish" those agencies who brought in problematic maid.
