For errant maids whom u do not wish them to return to work in Spore again, simply email to work permit dept at MOM to blacklist them.

They will have adverse reports and future potential employers will have pbms applying for work permits for them

..... but they can always come back here with a different name and a new passport.

In indonesia it is very easy to change Birth Cert with different names. The agents know all the people in immigration. Put money ok already. Good Luck.
