I will still continue to take leave cos if she really cannot rush back in time... no one can look after your baby except yourself..
Just tell her nicely that your boss dun like people to take leave too often especially Monday/Friday thingy... your leave is taken as urgent leave for that Monday. If she is good enough and get your hint, she will avoid taking leave too often next time...

So long they dun take leave too often, think we shld close one eye.....

For me, I will tell the parents in advance. I don't think it is good to take urgent leave, your boss will not be happy. I am going to be out of job again, as the baby's parent is asking me if I am able to change to half day care instead of full day. I would prefer full day for baby, unless it is before or after school care.

Saw this thread... read graceapple's situation... may I know which blk does your previous BS in Punggol Field stays? I want to avoid getting that sort of BS at all cost! Thanks.

Hi I am new here also. I am looking for a BS also. May I know what is the duty of a BS? Do they wash baby clothes for us? Do BS have leave also?
