how you do that? you mean every meal eat apple?? or ...

Suppose to eat 5 apples a day for 1 week.
Breakfast, teabreak, lunch, teabreak, dinner.
After that back to normal then next week apple diet again.
However i only eat it for lunch so take 1 year to lost the weight.
But cutting down on carbohydrate food does help also.

then will you feel hungry the whole day? so that means cannot eat other food except apple for that week? wow! that needs a lot of discipline man! thanks for the sharing ... Cheesy

Not too bad.
Apple has a lot of fiber so it takes more time to digest, so it last longer.
Once got use to it, it's ok.
It also help me to reduce down on the amount of food that i eat after that.

I think you can eat whatever you like but in small portion. Eat moderately and do some exercise.  Tongue
