Hi,

You can either have fruit juices (for a list of healthy food/ fruit juice ingredients, please go to http://www.vegetarian-society.org/revamp/html/index.php?module=Static_Docs&func=view&f=Recipes.htm), or try Melilea detoxyfying and rejuvenate's powder. It has the adequate nutrients needed for the day and help you to burn unnecessary fats. Each bottle cost S$82.50 (not sure of the price now).

I have a friend who is a fruitarian and he doesn't consume any oily, meat, or dairy products. He can run 5 km daily, and he looked 10 years younger than his age.
