Any slimming tips???

Hi All mothers,

Do you have any good slimming products or tips to share???

I had been trying to slim down after my birth...
But its not effective at all.......
stomach is so flabby....

So sad.........

Any help???

The only way is do sit-ups to ward off the flabby tummy... else eat less carbohydrate food lor..

I use U-ZAP to breakdown the fat cells first, immediately do sit-up.

Lunch/dinner, avoid eat rice or potato. Just eat the vegetables/meats will do.

I tried to eat less... but end up having gastric pain and have to eat instant noodles in the middle of the night!! Aiyah!!! So difficult!!
