I tried to eat less... but end up having gastric pain and have to eat instant noodles in the middle of the night!! Aiyah!!! So difficult!! Cry Cry

Can eat less carbohydrate food & eat apple.
Tried that after advise by my company doc.
Lost about 10 kgs after 1 year.

apple contains lactic acid which will get gastric pains if eaten with empty stomach.

how you do that? you mean every meal eat apple?? or ...

Suppose to eat 5 apples a day for 1 week.
Breakfast, teabreak, lunch, teabreak, dinner.
After that back to normal then next week apple diet again.
However i only eat it for lunch so take 1 year to lost the weight.
But cutting down on carbohydrate food does help also.
