Imagine having a game of tennis in the evening, bbq some beef-steaks and finally have a cool beer at the suspended balcony over the refreshing pool below. Wow like a country club setting...

A drop-off area with a round-about and a fountain in the middle was built for the convenience of visitors and residents of Atreasure Trove.

To start with, this is a video clip showing the exposure of the original Matilda House timber roof structure after the removal of it's roof covering materials.

Extreme care and precaution had to be taken during the removal because the timber truss was very old and additional weight may caused it's total collapse.

It is always difficult to demolish a structure and yet necessary to retain certain features needed for restoration work.

The second video shows the construction of reinforced concrete support at the basement to take additional loading of building structures.

Shoring of Partition walls with steel structures that needs to be retained and kept upright.

Construction of reinforced concrete floor slabs at places where extra loads are expected.
