the land reserved for petrol station has a minimum bid price of $15million. Don't think any of the oil companies is stupid enough to set up shop here.

tot petrol station bids are usually very very ex one  Huh?

Knowing the fact that if we don not have enough people popluation living in Punggol...whatever u request also have to KIV...cos the reason is simple...what for i built and no mass???

So the govt stand points is as the population grow...u will see thing being buidling...so that is the strategic they have set...don't wish to see thing being built in Punggol and become another "WHITE ELEPHANT"...
