lets not dismiss the idea so fast. lets say instead of letting the land goes to waste, the relevant authority is prepared to go dirt cheap on charging the lessee (better still, free) , then I guess the proposal may look attractive... well the problem is, I don't think the authority is prepared for such provocative thought... forget it.

Since we've got so much land here. We should have a swimming pool located in Punggol...!! Kind of upset when I heard the news that they will build it in Sengkang instead!! Hey they've got enough of entertainment liao.. Compasspoint, Rivervale Plaza & Malls then Petrol Kiosk!!
