That is my territory.. if u r referring that zone, yes, the block 12/14 (behide the cc)
those blocks are 3NGs,4NGs , and their size is damn big..so their price is much higher..
n that location is super good. 5min to suntec
Block 1-6 also 3Rm flats, but those are smaller ones... the valuation is only ard $160k
But now also shoot up liao.. some close ard $180k to $200k
