Hi all punggolians,

Me and my wife may be planning to rent out our whole unit 5rm flat after giving birth to our 1st child
in end August.  We will probably shift out after my wife confinement, so will be around Nov time.
A bit reluctant cos we spent a lot renovating our house, but no choice, cos both our parents living
very far away from us. Temporarily, we may shift to MIL place for a maybe 1-2yrs.
If anyone of u got GOOD Tenants or friends (prefer local / young couples ), pls call me...

We looking to rent at $2,000.

But no harm trying, 3-rm in Tanjung Rhu is fetching that kind of rental pricing.
