There is no point painting a rosy picture of this pigland and pay hundreds of thousands dollars, and shift in to realise it..
Maybe should start a new thread 'The dark side of piggyland'...
haha....

you were not given any other estate like Queenstown, Redhill, Whampoa? something like that?

I think there is such estates Geylang Serai and Kallang available when I applied for flats but mosty of them are for re-settlers. They will only release the unsold flats for you which I wouldn't like. They are like leftovers....

Chicken or Egg - Which should come first ?

That's how I see getting people to reside in Punggol. People wouldn't move in because of lack of amenities. The Gahmen will not build amenities because people don't move it.

Which should come first ? Who should give way ?

Has 'The chicken or the egg' theory been used too many times in modern society as a delay and dilemma method?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_chicken_or_the_egg

Once a person starts to tells you about 'chicken and egg', likely he/she has no clue of the issue himself/herself
and the remaining said words are likely to be 'bullshit'..

That's why even top managers used this phrase... to drag the time... (bacause basically that moron has no answer!!...haha)

If nothing to tell you, because he/she know nuts... so just drag yur time lor....simple right??

Once they are asked questions or prompt for solutions to a particular issue that themself have no clue or basically 'Don't know',
they'll just let go, "Well.. it's a chicken and egg thing... as you see....blah blah blah... " and the remaining you know all are craps....haha

Ask ourselves, each time we hear people say "well,... it's a chicken and egg...", what are we thinking at the back of our mind??
Although we didnt spell it out, aren't we thinking, "hey, dun gimme you bullshit lah....you gimme me chicken and egg, later i give u some bullshit on yur face ah! "

haha.....

And the funny thing is... Most questions can be answered with 'chicken and egg' reply... try it! haha....

e.g. Q: "shall we do project A first and then B?"  A: "well, it's a chicken and egg thing... blah blah"
Q: "To encourage more babies birth rate or to provide more benefits first?"   A: "well, it's a chicken and egg thing.. blah blah"

Q  "Should a person be equiped with necessary skillset first or should that person focus on what is his/her interest is in first?"
I guess by now you already knew how to kick start the answer! "Well, it's a chicken and egg thing....blah blah blah....."

Kick start an answer with 'chicken vs egg' will never land you up in a wrong answer...

It will however open up the path to whatever bull and crap you intend to say later....

My grandmother also knew this method donkey years ago.... whahaha.....

Try it.... hahahaha........ stick tongue stick tongue stick tongue

Assuming a chicken egg
In this case, the egg is assumed to be a chicken's egg. This is an obvious assumption since the question itself implies a link between the two.

If one assumes the egg to be a chicken egg then one must define what a chicken egg is:

If: A chicken egg will hatch a chicken
Then a bypass is allowed: An animal that was not a chicken laid the chicken egg which contained the first chicken. In this case the egg came first.

If: A chicken egg is the egg that a chicken lays
Then a bypass is allowed: A chicken (that hatched from a non-chicken egg) laid an egg (a chicken egg).

If: A chicken egg will hatch a chicken and was laid by a chicken
Then there may be an error of definition. If the definition of "chicken" used does not refer to "chicken eggs," then the chicken must come first, because without chickens there cannot be any chicken eggs.
