I first thought Punggol was a better place than Jurong West when I first given the option to choose from HDB new estates. The other place is Sembawang so....I choose Punggol because I thought it is going to be a model estate as promised by the then-PM.

And I still hope the promise will be delivered given present economy is better.

Well, the initial assessment was this; it used to be a pig farm. If pigs can live, why not human? In fact, the idea is to pack us as sardines or pigs in cages. Huat ah! More good years to come.  thumbs up

This is an inmoral decision.  Knowing the conditions and environment of Punggol are not suitable for human beings to live in and yet....

They even have to cheek to market Treetop claiming the 1st Green House. These 2000 future green Punggolians are paying such high price willingly to be guinue pigs.

OFF TOPIC: How do you know about this forum Punggol.com.sg? We are very open in this forum. We don't mean to discourage those new and future Punggolians. We talk mostly about the dark side of Punggol. Did you feel regret logging in this forum? I know there is one forum which talks rosy things about Punggol.
