dun forget if he can oso swim to M'sia since pasir gudang is just a few hundred metres away fm punggol end.. Grin

There is no such thing as a chicken or egg issue. Its all because of certain leaders' scam to daggle developments as "carrots" A good govt would not resort to this, holding up development as and when they want, instead plan and develop in according to the town's needs. Still many Sinkies are so "brainwashed"
