There is no such thing as a chicken or egg issue. Its all because of certain leaders' scam to daggle developments as "carrots" A good govt would not resort to this, holding up development as and when they want, instead plan and develop in according to the town's needs. Still many Sinkies are so "brainwashed"

I moved to Punggol knowing it'll take the govt years to setup this estate, but that's fine, I like the peace & quiet. When this place gets developed, then the final frontier of serenity (other than Sungei Buloh) will be lost.

If Fann Wong comes over to stay near him, then he can get free car ride, which is not bad because one more celebrity comes over to Punggol...David Gan is also welcome.

Can ask this 'sistah' to open Passion in Punggol Plaza beside the spectacle shop we are all talking about.
