\Cheap but due to govt subsidy if I'm not wrong Msia is cheapest in SEA.

Want to implement but postponed so many times. First 2nd June, then 9 June now they want to have meeting between themselves tomorrow before deciding what to do. It just shows their capability...

Can't imagine another big organization in the world doing this....what a shame.
