not surprised at all.. the mthly fees paid to the town council is like any other government "donation", too much yet little in return

during the GE 2006. They mentioned that Potong Pasir was not well-maintained. They even printed out the brochures with comparison between Punggol estate and Potong pasir estate.

I wonder who's talking and slapping their own face?

I hope this helps to warn people who are considering to stay in Punggol. Its a good view of reality.
