My Upstairs Neighbour have THREE noisy dogs

Obviously the owner is keeping 3 dogs illegally.

This is not accpetable if the dogs are barking and disturbing the neighbours.

How to help to solve the problem?

this is under AVA just complaint to them and they will follow up. not under hdb or police

Hi Sereneric, yours only one dog. our dear neighbour has three dogs and they are kept in the kitchen bathroom. that's why the noise travels down to our kitchens and masterbedrooms. and yes! other dogs from opposite blocks will start to bark too. i think they're having some "communication"?

My is blk 648 and have the same problem as you guys. I love dogs, but I hate IRRESPONSIBLE and INCONSIDERATE dog owners. There are a few dogs in different floors that bark like crazy in my block and can hear them at all hours of the night and day! sigh, what to do?............
