Make them payback...
Let their wet clothes remain wet and keep dripping even after hanging out for 1 week!

ya same problem here, went up to talk to them and still got the cheek to say its not them. but after that can pull their washing back in...but only for that day. so now either have to wake up earlier to hang the clothes out or have to wait for thier clothes to drip dry b4 hanging mine out! so bloody inconsiderate! my is at blk 172C and more than 1 floor is doing that!

there was a similar thread about this problem a year ago. One forumer suggested use water-gun to spray upwards. Not sure how this works.....but I'm sure it is puzzling them why hang for 1 week never dry.

 :mad:I was stayng at blk 295 and I encounter the same experienced. My hubby went upstairs to inform the owner but same thing happened again n again. Worst still last month on October, some inconsiderate bitch threw down her sanitary pad with blood on it!!!! head banging
