to counter this problem, there is one solution.

if you can confirmed that the 'PAD' the actual owner of it. get a match/lighter and bring it to there doorstep and burnt it right outside
there doorstep and say whatever you wish. Good luck.

:mad:I was stayng at blk 295 and I encounter the same experienced. My hubby went upstairs to inform the owner but same thing happened again n again. Worst still last month on October, some inconsiderate bitch threw down her sanitary pad with blood on it!!!! head banging

my unit is 470, i think regardless of which block and unit, there's bound to be a black sheep. have to keep an eye for them to drip dry b4 hanging out laundry. Even at nite we are not spared! sometimes they will wash their windows and pour water out of their windows.

hi babycutie, i faced similar incident like u, i will walk up to the unit, and tell the people off nicely, and more than 2 x , i will just go up and asked them to keep their drippign clothings.. As often as 5 times already..

buy a water hose tat's long enough to connect to the window where laundry is hang, on the water supply and shoot the water upwards until their clothes are as wet as urs before hanging them out..
