How to complain resident hanging wet clothes?

Experienced that as well ... went up to confront the owner which incidentally put all the blame on his maid as well ... there was even once splashes of water came down from the toilet window, which this time round, the blame went to his son ... for playing water while bathing ...

BTW, while we share the heart-ache of "dripping-neighbour", anyone has solution in stopping the noise of the aluminium "bamboo" while putting them onto the groove of the hanger. My neighbour constantly do that and it wake my baby up ...

Any poster, just like the water dripping one, on be more considerate while using the alumnium pole that I can print and post to my noisy neighbour?

why not do the same thing. At 12am, 3am and 6 am. See what's their reactions? Just a suggestion
