How to complain resident hanging wet clothes?

get soundproof poles, so u wont make noises while hanging out clothes

no way am I going to get the soundproof poles for my neighbour to make them more considerate. BTW, just a piece of good news to update you kind souls for all the recommendation. My wife has calmly raised to my neighbour some time last week when she happened to hang her cloth out making the loud noise and woke up my baby.

We have not heard the loud bang since ... come to think of that, she might not be really inconsiderate. She might just not aware of the noises as no one told her about that ...

yeah... sometimes... its good to talk it out. People dont realise that their actions may affect others unless they are told so. They just dont realise that they are causing an inconvenience to others.
