How do you stop a smoker from smoking downstairs

standby a big bundle of chinese praying joss sticks & a table fan nearby your window, take note of his smoking time , if he starts smoking , quickly lights up the joss stick out of the window , use the fan to blow the smoke downstair toward him ... let him wonder how come got so many smoke out of a sudden 

You a lame and stupig! lighting up in your house/ or outside wind will blow in too & will smoke out own house too! Stupig ppl got stupig thinking.

Try this on me, u be a dumb ass to do such a stupig act!

Ok ok! smoker might be smelly but think of it! if you dun smoke but keep making noise abt smoker I belived your mouth stink as much as your bottom!

Didnt catch this topic till after i submitted a similar one.
Gist of what i posted:
Anyone have any clue on where i can go to complain about smoking neighbours?
They stay below my flat and smoke at the balcony or rooms, every 3 hours of the day.
Since smoke travel upwards, my entire living room envelopes in the smoke for the 20 minutes every 3 hours a day (even through the night). It's not just one person.
I approached them once already to ask them to smoke out of the house on weekends, weekdays i'm fine since i'm not home most of the time but still no improvement. My girl is asthmatic and i dun think i want to wait till we both get lung cancer due to breathing passive smoke over the next decade or so. I've been suffocating myself and my girl by shutting windows/doors once the smokes comes in, and it is ridiculous for us to not even have the freedom to breathe fresh air.

Talk so much! Then Move to private property save your girl life! Or hopefully she will have asthma till she goes to the grave! I smoke too but my neighbour down stairs smoke as well, he smoke everywhere including the living room. I dun smoke everywhere but limit to kitchen or else I will go to the 1st level. When I watch TV in the living room, when his smoke gets in, I just close the window. Just a simple task! Turn on the aircon and enjoy the show! Why bother screwing  or doing something bad to your neighbour when you could do otherwise! My only advice is Get A Life!

Ghost den know U damn ugly smelly creature / baxxxxx .  if not you , why must you be so agitated & angry like mad?   Here is a place to share some opinion and happening around all of us, any big deal   U damn funny , others here never pin point you , yet u came out and volunteer to be angry like mad , damn super bo liao . Hmm ... who is pea brains , i dont have to say further ....every one here knows about it

Wow!  :yeah:For once, this is a Clever speech for a pea brains!  Agitated? Me? Did I?  ???Wow! who is funny!  :oops:Guess Pea brians like you who complian hell a lot about neigbour, this & that and etc has the most smelly mouth; even the best mouth wash could not even rid the smell. Probably, smell like cow dung So who KPKB here? U la Pig ass brains who knows how to complains like hell broke loose. Of course, better don't say any more, you mouth really stinks!
