standby a big bundle of chinese praying joss sticks & a table fan nearby your window, take note of his smoking time , if he starts smoking , quickly lights up the joss stick out of the window , use the fan to blow the smoke downstair toward him ... let him wonder how come got so many smoke out of a sudden  smoking

You a lame and stupig! lighting up in your house/ or outside wind will blow in too & will smoke out own house too! Stupig ppl got stupig thinking.

Try this on me, u be a dumb ass to do such a stupig act! head banging

Smoking is a person's choice of living. Smoking in his house is also his choice, he has no control of the air flow though. So if the smoke gets into our homes, the only thing to do is talk to the smoker below. If not then I think you have to live with it.  smoking

Living in HDB flats, the thing we have to adapt to is tolerance. Not just to smokers but also to bad karaoke singers, noisy neighbours, furniture dragging etc...

So while you engage in the normal habits/ECAs you normally do, think of those who don't... cheers
