i personally felt that the major responsibility lies in Town Council ..... they are cutting short of the manpower for cleaners ..... maybe coz they lost 2 much $$$$ in lehman brothers liao ...... anyway they are really doin a lousy job in our estate, juz look at the way they project manage the current "upgrading works", or i shld say they dun even bother to oversee at all ..... block up here n there w/o a proper passage for our path at all ...... shame on them!!!!!!

The authorities are only interested to project a clean and favourable image in areas where tourist frequented. Airport, places of interest, Orchard Road, CBD, Conferences, exhibition halls, Shopping Centres and Hotels where VIPS from all over the world gathers.  Lips Sealed Lips Sealed  What to do  Huh? Huh?

Other locations ?? HDB estates ?? Never mind lah ! When Ministers come walking around having Block Parties, then do some serious cleaning. When no VIPS come visiting, it's ok to keep it dirty because the whole world does'nt know.

Most of our top people lives in wooded areas in district 9 and 10, surely not in Punggol North.
