There are no tall Buildings around Waterway Terraces. The nearest are the completed Punggol Sapphire and Punggol Arcadia. Others still under construction are out of bound.

From the pictures, quite a few spots are still under pile load test. Building Construction Equipments are still all over the site. Notice excavators are still digging the ground to expose rc piles for further work to be done.

Looking across the vast Punggol Emerald Building site, a hugh empty field and Atreasuretrove condominium site from Punggol Sapphire , this is the scene.

From the pictures, the location nearer to Sumang LRT Station, piles had been recovered, steel reinforcement trimmed to height, levelled, straightened and the next stage of construction will be the building of RC. foundations.

Next to it, construction workers are busy chipping excessive concrete piles with hydraulic air tools. As evening draws near, some workers had already left for the quarters.
