RC people are volunteers. Although one of their duties is to man the RC Centre, to ask each one to volunteer a few hours each week to man the centre to cater for residents like yourself, have you thought that in that case, who would want to be an RC member? Who would want to be "Volunteer RC Centre Watchman"?

Dragon is a perfect candidate for being an RC member. He can volunteer his services to man the centre while at the same time engaged in his studies at the centre while volunteering.

10 or 20 years ago, RC members are usually middle age to old age. In fact as long as a person is willing to serve the community,   they should be  welcome to join RCS ( as per notice boards ) thumbs up

Today in some areas, rules changed a little bit. The recent batch of MPS, some are below 40 years old, accordine to the press, young qualified and professionals are slowly replacing  seats in RCS. Since the MP is young, preferably  the RC members should be  equivalently young.

Supposed to be leadership renewal. Maybe one or two old guards RCS can become RC mentor.

recently, in the newspaper announced the youngest RC chairman is 34 yrs old. Not too sure whether he/she knows how to take care of the RC beside daily jobs, family life, etc.

Taking care of an RC is not difficult if you have a capable team. Attending oft mundane and irrelevant meetings are a more pain the neck because these take up valuable time and energy.
