We are wasting tax payer money. Punggol and Sengkang RC centres rarely open.  Many students need a quiet place to study.  mad

RC committee members are volunteers. they have their own job and family commitment also. cant expect them to open every day. maybe u like to volunteer your service to  them.

yes i agree with dafansu... because they are using tax payer money to build the rc centre, that's why they need volunteers to look after the rc when it is being used... otherwise, if something is damaged inside the rc, more money will have to be spent...

There are many old man sitting in front of RC area.  They can keep an eye for Ponggolian. There are also many RC committe members and if each one volunteer a few hours a day, it solve the problem.  Wonder why they want to be RC commitee member (as they claim are busy people)  but do not want to manned the RC centre.
