Putting out your flags for National Day

Hey Guys

Just seen the notice at the lift void deck to remind us to put out our flags for the National Day celebration.

As I'm a newcomer to this estate, I wonder how many people here do it and should I buy a flag to put out as well ?

i'm one of those lazy ones so i dun display the flag. coz u've to follow the "law" - have to remove it a mth (i think) after ND.

Although I'm against many policies from govt, I still hung my flag because it's for the people, not for the govt. I hung it for 3-4 months because taking it down. You can hang either from those round-eye hooks from the rooms or at the living room, for awhile I actually hung 2 flags since got extra from yesteryears. Look they can't fine you for putting a flag for more than a month, they'll just tell you...I hung 1 at living room also to help block the afternoon sun.

OK...we can buy the flag from RC right ?

But the problem is none of my flag occupants put up the flag...if I do it, when wouldn't I be the odd one out ?

Or can we create a banner (about the size of our flat) to hang it out to protest anything we are not happy ? Maybe the SC&C rates ?
