Putting out your flags for National Day

The govt don't explicitly say no, but they actually post either in newspapers or somewhere prominent like newsletters that it's time to bring down the flags. I personally don't follow them.

Pay $$ to buy the flag and hang, and exceed the period of hanging will get fine?
Then I rather save the $ !
I'll let RC will hang alot around the entire estate.

sometimes RC will give the residents free of charge to hang and tie from inside the resident's house.

Sometimes RC decorate the entire flats themselves. RC will earn their rewards through these achievement as well.

Ang Mo Kio, Tg pagar, Marine parade, wow....their flats decorations are fantastic.
