Punggol residents started to discuss high rise littering problems  years ago in this forum. Incidently 31st May 2008, plus and minus, a Ministerial workgroup to look into anti-social habits of some residents  in the heartland was formed.

The group was headed by a Senior Minister of State with several Members of Parliament. thumbs up

It seems powerful and Singaporeans especially those living in Punggol expected to read about findings and solutions to the problem. Smiley

Up to date, two years, one month and two days had passed. Nothing much was heard or seen in our local media about the subject. Singapore is known to the outside world as a clean, green and reputable for it's quick and efficent governance. It's surprising this typical issue drags on and on without news, problems, solutions or recommendations. Sad Angry

How long have we got to wait for some actions  Huh?

It seems the only people who can solve some of the problems maybe are the Designers / Architects from HDB.

Water dripping from wet laundry ?

Ha, those living in the " Carolinus " are the lucky ones to have a " RC Canopy " incorporated in the design for laundy hanging.

Take a look at the simple, well thought off ingenious design.  thumbs up
