80% sold on the initial launch in 21st July 2012.
Fully sold in less than 3 mths time.
How can it take about 4 years to finish.
Since is fully sold in such a short time, it should have speed up the construction.
Just dont understand

Totally agreed - really slow for Wee Hur to complete considering their many years of experience and especially failing the TOP inspection twice... hope they get it right on the 3rd try else the wait will even be longer...

Someone also posted earlier that having the project soldout early actually does not help in driving the project to complete earlier... In financial accounting, the company should only recognise the revenue based on its progress or phase completion, and may also be affected by its overall financial position  - correct me if i am wrong.  By the way, WH has also another mega HDB project at Matilda Court, plan to complete in 2017...

Whatever the reason, it is disappointing to see the completed building not ready for occupation....
