Does anyone know when PC will get TOP and when will we be collecting our keys?
The place looks so ready and the workers I spoke to mentioned that they have gone through the first round of inspection with the next one soon.
It's been such a long wait...  Hopefully we will have fewer defects to report since Wee Hur has taken 4 years to build.

Have spoken to Wee Hur's person in charge about the TOP.
Currently having qm inspection of all the units by BCA, and will be follow by TOP inspection.
TOP will be around 1st half 2016.
Guess the earliest keys collection should be around end april, taking into consideration of 2 weeks notice
from the lawyer to the buyer, follows by the paying of 6 mths maintenance fee in advance.

Thanks, Desmond.  Really hope we can collect keys by end April as you have said.
Any ideas how we can get a copy of our unit floor plan that is drawn to scale?
The one in the brochure has no scale so it is not possible to estimate size.

When I checked with Wee Hur on TOP and to-scale floor plan, the standard reply was to ask my lawyer to write in to them...
