Parc Centros Condominium Developed By Wee Hur

From observation quite a lot had been done for the past two weeks. The fencing around the perimeter of the development. The landscaping work, planting of shrubs and trees, the entrance gateway and canopy, the guard house, all looks good.

There may be a few days break during the festive lunar new year holidays. When the developers estimated second quarter as TOP, first quarter can be a likely possibility.

My humble guess !!!  Wishing all a very happy lunar new year 2016.

The TOP application needs to be approved by BCA.
Hopefully Wee Hur does a good job and able to get through in one pass...
(the neighbour condo took a few tries before TOP approval granted)

Looks like Parc Centros is almost done. The entrance, the guard house is ready, notice people moving in and out of the gate, including security personnel. One of them must be the security guard due for duty soon.
