1st round of TOP inspection completed with some comments need to be rectify.
2nd round of TOP inspection will be on 1st week of Apr.
Qm inspection of all the units has been completed except for the last 2 top levels of each block. It will be clear soon.
Good things to share with all PC's owners. Wall between room is in solid concrete wall, not dry wall (partition type).
Management team already moved in, preparation of handling over of keys soon.
If everything goes well, collection of keys should be around end of Apr to early May.
Look forward to this days.

PC second round TOP inspection over but sad to say still have minor comments.
Third round yet to be arrange..
Collection of keys in April could be unlikely.

Normally fully sold project will take their time to build.
As it was already fully sold, so no worries.
For project that till now not fully sold, example jewel at buangkok, they will speed up and let potential
buyers view the actual unit. In this case chances of selling out is very fast.
Look at the progress of jewel now. Launch 1 year later than PC, now almost towards TOP.
What to do. Just have to wait n wait. Hope the 3rd round could go through by this month.
