Yes. Finally TOP.
Waited for so long finally arrive.
But sad to say the initial maintenance fee is quite high.
For a typical 3 bedder need to pay $300 per month.
This fee will be quite constant for the next 2 years until MCST is form.
Base on previous record when MCST form, MF will increase accordingly.
Treasure Trove on the other end are paying much lower MF than PC.
A penthouse unit paying less than $250 per month. Really cant believe. As they have more units than PC to share the load.
So all PC owners, be prepare to pay more MF in future.
