Really ? there's a NPP building in Punggol ? Where ? If there's a swimming pool, billard room and beautiful corner in the NPP building, I think something is really going wrong man !

Kembangan also gets its share of airplane noise. Don't forget we all live near the Paya Lebar Air Base so we will sure get the noise. Unless the air base can be re-located somewhere else...maybe Pulau Ubin or Tekong ?

Seriously, I think we should have a NPP in Punggol. recreational and entertainment amentities are secondary (I meant what can you really do in Singapore), Security should be the top-most priority !

Bikes stolen, shoes stolen is nothing new.
With those 'foreign talents' preying for maids at void decks, dun be surprised if maids start to get stolen. haahaa...

I rather think some maids are too lonely working here and easily befriend these construction workers. No way to stop them from getting hooked up.

Anyway, I've read about some previous messages on how the police patrol isn't as effective as it seems. I wonder if the police really check on the estate or just merely drive by to 'show show'. Sometimes, I think they should start checking on some punks hanging around the playground areas late in the night. I don't mean they are bad characters but people cannot help but to think they are 'bad kids' who stay late and talk loudly to grab others attention.

Why some animals are still not kept in the zoo ?
