The market is now very favourable to sell now.

It has been 9 long years since the property market has improved.

not local people I guess. Mostly Foreign Talents will demand in Punggol because cheap mah.

Prices in Punggol ain't that cheap anymore. In fact the valuation prices are comparable to those flats in Geylang and Pasir Ris. Average prices of 4 room flats in Punggol are about $260k now, even higher than the $230k Bedok is commanding.

Caveat = Prices of properties already sold.
