I guess so. There's always flyers from agent looking for flats at my area. Now I'm just waiting to get a job, get stable and move out!!

not local people I guess. Mostly Foreign Talents will demand in Punggol because cheap mah.

Just like Jurong West, mostly are China nationals renting or buying. Near to NTU.
I'll quickly find foreign buyers, ask them to view on Sundays only, make a quick buck and move out. I foresee Punggol will be the same fate as Jurong West. Too noisy and smelly.
