At that time, i din really know that my school had NTUC, otherwise i wud have taken NTUC instead...since 293 is actually nearer to where i live. 

i think i'm in my 4th month. prob spent about $300-$400 already.

yeah, it's not too difficult to book for the cars in punggol.

as for not catering to P plates, ah well, i shan't comment.

izzit, last time i just got my licence i applied for whizzcar they allowed me after i went to their HQ at paya lebar to take a short little driving test. Basically i just drove one of the employees around the place and back and i pass
