Recycling of small Tin Container and Plastic Bottles

Is there any collection point for recycling for the following?

1. Empty metal tin for milk, milo, cereal container etc.

2. Empty mineral water, soft drink plastic container etc.

Following list of recycling bins from NEA URL, http://app2.nea.gov.sg/data/cmsresource/20090511142056534489.xls
stated "accurate as of August 2008".

These should be suitable for plastic and metal recycling. Fluorescent tubes contain mercury.. would not be suitable for the bins, I do not know where to dispose these... will try to find out.

The recycling bins are usually located along the road.
